Born in Poland, lernt how to cook in Scotland exported to Mallorca to start a life of a Chef on a Meditarean water.

My culinary journey began in Scotland in Edinburgh, where I had the opportunity to work in two of the best restaurants in the capital: Steak Edinburgh and The Witchery by the Castle. Later on, I honed my skills in Poland at Moo Moo restaurant, and then in Mallorca at Trespais and Restaurante Campino.

I gatherd my experieenc to cook for you in a comfort of your home. I will deliver uneexpeected expeerience, introduce you to new flavours and dishes.
